Properties are marketed on major property portals, signs, e-marketing, brochures and particulars of the property are produced & shown with each listing.
Particulars are given to potential purchasers with each viewing and are sent on every enquiry.

Step 3. Viewings
All viewings are accompanied by an agent to emphasise selling points and advantages the property may have including outlining potential enhancements for the future. Our agents have extensive knowledge of Leeds and are able to provide accurate descriptions for potential purchasers.
Viewings are followed up within two working days to request feedback if no offer is generated; feedback is valued to increase chances of selling in the future.
Step 4. Sale agreed
Once an acceptable offer is been agreed our service will continues until completion, we are on hand for any queries and updates.
